Job description:

• Support of the Sales Department: You will support the Sales Department in everyday duties such as market research, lead generation, building and maintaining customer relationships, customer service, trade negotiations and monitoring the market and trends.
• Customer Acquisition: You will help identify and acquire new customers by conducting market research, competitor analysis and networking.
• Customer Service: You will support customer service by answering inquiries, providing information about the company's products and services, and assisting with troubleshooting.
• Working with the Team: You will work with other departments in the company such as marketing, production and logistics to help successfully launch products and fulfill customer orders.
• Reporting and Analysis of Results: You will help in reporting sales results, forecasting and analyzing the effectiveness of commercial activities.

Requirements:

• Higher education or during studies: Studies in business, marketing, management or a related field are preferred.
• Foreign Languages: Basic knowledge of at least one of the following foreign languages: English, German or Spanish. You will use the selected language to communicate with foreign clients and build relationships on the international market.
• Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively on both a written and oral level. You'll need these skills for teamwork, customer service, and business negotiations.
• Autonomy and Organisation: You must be able to manage your time and priorities, plan and organize your work in such a way as to achieve commercial goals effectively.
• Teamwork Skills: You must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members, share information and work together on projects.
• Office knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential for data analysis and reporting of results.
• Interest in the Industry: Knowledge of the industry, market and competition is an asset, although it is not a requirement. We always appreciate the willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and technical drawing of flexible protective barriers as all related products manufactured by the company, in accordance with the company's guidelines and customer requirements.
• Preparation of detailed technical drawings using dedicated CAD software, including 2D and 3D.
• Working with engineers, technicians, and project managers at all stages of the design and production process.
• Participating in design meetings and presenting drawings and construction proposals.
• Creation and updating of technical documentation, including specifications, manuals and manuals.
• Controlling the quality of drawings and technical documentation.
• Work with the production team to ensure products meet technical drawings and specifications.
• Solving technical problems and providing support to the production department.
• Keeping you up-to-date on security standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education, preferred majors are mechanical engineering, production engineering or related.
• Experience in working in a similar position in the industrial production sector.
• Knowledge of CAD software, including 3D modeling programs.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical plans and product specifications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards related to safety at work.
