Il progetto prevedeva anche il miglioramento della sicurezza grazie alla segregazione di macchine, passaggi e aree di lavoro con le barriere di sicurezza flessibili Pedestrian R3 HD+. I punti critici sono stati inoltre protetti con i paletti di protezione di PA HD+. Per la protezione delle scaffalature e delle reti sono state utilizzate le barriere KB. Le colonne strutturali sono state protette con protezioni per colonne RAL5.
