We design and manufacture innovative safety barriers using our proprietary materials: i-PLAST and ERTAX.
The i-PLAST compound is a reinforced technical polymer-based material. It allows for the production of bars with thickness and geometry previously unattainable. i-PLAST is completely fire-resistant, non-toxic, and fully compliant with HACCP standards, making it ideal for companies operating under strict hygiene regulations.
Barriers extruded from this compound demonstrate exceptional resistance to weather conditions (UV exposure, frost) and corrosion, which makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation. The profiles are hollow, enabling the barriers to absorb impact energy and disperse it efficiently. Once the pressure is released, they return to their original shape. They retain their structure even after collisions with forklifts, protecting both the floor at the installation point and the building’s structure.
ERTAX compound is an innovative techno-plastic material of our own formulation that demonstrates high mechanical flexibility. It is non-toxic and HACCP-compliant. The surface undergoes no pre-treatment, ensuring long-term durability and consistent aesthetics over time.
The barriers are manufactured from semi-processed, high-compression plates. Their patented geometry ensures dynamic performance under impact and controlled deformation.
All products are tested by TÜV Rheinland and have received safety certification. They undergo annual production inspections to ensure consistent, top-quality performance.
