Rack Leg Protector is designed to protect warehouse racking systems.
It provides effective protection for rack legs against impacts from forklifts and other warehouse vehicles, reducing the risk of structural damage and costly repairs. It protects racks from loss of stability, which could otherwise lead to collapse and financial losses.
The Rack Leg Protector is made of durable plastic resistant to abrasion, moisture, corrosion, and extreme temperatures. The internal polypropylene foam layer effectively absorbs impact energy. The protector features a high impact absorption capacity (up to 2.4 tons) and retains its shape even after repeated collisions.
The product can be used at temperatures down to –40 °C, including cold stores and freezer facilities. Its intense yellow color ensures high visibility, and HACCP compliance allows installation in food and pharmaceutical industry facilities. Quick installation without anchoring prevents floor damage — the protector is fitted directly onto the rack leg.
